Shipping and Returns

1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping then takes approximately 3 to 11 business days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
Timely delivery also depends on external factors such as the shipping provider.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with a product or it arrives damaged, please contact us by email at info@trynysa.com. Your message should include:

A detailed description of the issue

Your order number

One or more photos of the affected product
Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
3. REFUND CONDITIONS
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note:

A €5 processing fee will be deducted from each refund to cover return handling costs.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay €5 via bank transfer to receive a full refund of your purchase.
Bank details will be provided upon request via email.
4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

Shipments sent unpaid or insufficiently stamped will not be accepted.

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the return policy.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
