ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern all transactions concluded via the website operated by the provider (hereinafter "Website Operator"). The Terms are available on the website at any time and can be provided to the customer upon request.

By placing an order, the customer accepts the Terms. Acceptance is given by ticking the appropriate box or clicking a confirmation button indicating that the Terms have been read and accepted.

Confirmation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the Terms valid at the time of ordering. The Website Operator agrees to archive and make these Terms reproducible for future reference.

All products comply with applicable legal regulations in Austria and the EU. The customer is fully responsible for accessing the website, including any third-party costs (e.g. internet provider) and the security of their own systems.

ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
The Website Operator strives to ensure product availability but only offers items within current stock limits. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed promptly via email.

The customer may then choose:

  • To receive an equivalent product, or

  • To receive a refund of the amount already paid within 30 days.

Beyond this refund, no further claims for compensation shall be accepted. Unless stated otherwise in these Terms and subject to the legal right of withdrawal, all orders are binding.

ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT TERMS
By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the purchase price. The Website Operator reserves the right to verify payment prior to dispatch.

ARTICLE 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated in euros (€) and include all taxes (including VAT), unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately.

If a promotional price is offered, it is valid only for orders placed during the advertised promotion period. The total amount is due at the time of order placement. A full breakdown of the final price is provided during checkout.

ARTICLE 6 — CONTRACT FORMATION
A contract is formed through the so-called "double opt-in" process: the customer selects products, reviews the cart, accepts the Terms, and enters payment information.

This confirmation is considered an electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

ARTICLE 7 — RETENTION OF TITLE
Until full payment is received, the Website Operator retains ownership of the delivered products.

ARTICLE 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for its accuracy.

Delivery will occur within a maximum of 30 days from the order date, subject to payment approval. Delivery times are indicated during checkout. If a product cannot be delivered on time, the customer will be informed.

ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. The exact conditions and a sample withdrawal form are available in the cancellation policy on the website. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include sealed products that have been opened and custom-made items.
